August 25-08-03 Update To make things easier for submitting links we've installed a new automated Web Links section. It will make things easier when trying to find a link that you want as everything is neater in its own section. 1st lake is looking better than ever and fishing is very good with some good mixed bags coming out. Other lakes are a little quiet but this is mainly due to the hot weather and should pick up once it starts to cool down.

July 23-07-03 Update New photo added to the gallery. Lakes seem to be fishing well and the weed at present is negligible on the 2nd and 3rd. Membership on the forum is now growing and hopefully we will have a nice community going on there keeping everyone up to date on whats happening around the lakes.

June 24-06-03 Update News from the lakes at the start of the new season is promising.

2nd Lake : Good start to the season with several carp coming out to 25lb 8oz. Also a pike of 12lb :shock:as well as several tench, the biggest a fine specimen of 8lb by Shaun Edwards which is not far short of the club record. There is a chance this record could go over the next few weeks

3rd Lake : Several carp have come out to under 24lb 8oz and that was caught by Glenn Miles on the first week-end.
Not fishing quite like the 2nd lake mainly due to the weed, but there have been a few catches of 2 or 3 fish a session.

4th Lake : Not much feedback from the 4th lake apart from a few stockies coming out to high doubles.
Float fishing been pretty good with some good bags of rudd, roach and tench.

June 13-06-03 Update Work on the 1st has paid off and it is now starting to look like its old self. There is still a little of the algae bloom present but this is in the minority now. New photo's of the 1st have been posted which are of the lake 3 months after the initial work was done and after the closed season work parties. ( Photo's HERE ). There has also been a stocking of approx. 280 small carp into the 1st ranging from a half pound to a pound and a half. These were made up of mostly commons with a good number of mirrors as well.

March 03-03-03 Update Work has started on the 1st which should see some major improvements to the fishing on here. Alot of the reeds have now gone and the lake deepened. Some changes have also been made to the layout of the lake with the addition of another island which in turn got rid of the 2 bays at the lower end of the lake ( see photo's HERE ). I have also been told that the pike are coming out thick and fast on the 4th but the carp fishing has slowed a little on all lakes, this should pick up with the mild weather predicted for march.

January 07-01-03 Update News from the Lakes is that over the last 7-10 days the 3rd is fishing well with several 20's and high doubles being caught. The 4th is also fishing well with many of the stockies put in 2 years ago are now coming out at around the 15-16lb mark. Also on the 4th several pike have been caught with most being caught on Live baits rather than Deadbaits.

December 11-12-02 Update I've updated the site a little, added a new photo ( more to come ) and also updated the links ( more of these to come also ). Things have been a little slow on the site so far but hopefully will start to pick up as i'll have a little more time to spend on it. Keep checking back.  :)

October 15-10-02 Update The lakes have really gone quiet with this cold easterly wind and the cold nights so there is not much to report, the carp on the 3rd lake have gone off, there is just the odd one coming out and a few tench and bream. I have had no reports of any pike yet so I don't know if they are feeding or not but there are a lot of small fish showing on the surface and I doubt if the pike are far away.
